I help leaders when the experts have failed. They are worried at 2:00 am that they’re working hard to solve the wrong problems.. They are in a “must succeed” situation but historical best practices and expertise have failed. I am not an industry or functional expert. I have over 40 years of advisory experience. That experience is almost all obsolete and irrelevant in today’s fast changing and turbulent world. But I’m not a consultant – I don’t give answers. I help leaders uncover the answers.
