Want to experience the life of an entrepreneur in 28 hours?
The Hatchery’s Accelerator Weekend is a 28 hour business model competition. All students are invited to join this challenge that brings together multidisciplinary teams who, with guidance from successful entrepreneurs and technical mentors, develop a business model around an idea and pitch to a panel of judges.
The focus is to provide an entrepreneurial experiential learning opportunity. The event will encourage inter-disciplinary interaction amongst U of T students while promoting innovative and creative thinking.
Experienced entrepreneurs will be coaching teams (start-ups) in the definition of their business model during an intensive 28-hour process. This journey will be reflected on a pitch that will be presented to the participants and mentors at the 24th hour.
