MedChart, a Hatchery start-up, enables patients to easily aggregate and control their medical records online through Canada’s first Consumer-Moderated Exchange (CME) delivering the most cost-effective and comprehensive standardized health data repository using AI and HL7 FHIR technology. They have officially launched across Canada, and are looking to expand to the US. MedChart is opening its doors to UofT students to experience what it takes to be an entrepreneur and run a start-up.
