The Entrepreneurship Hatchery Circle aims to promote diversity and inclusivity among entrepreneurs by creating a respectful environment that is free from discrimination and embraces the diverse perspectives of all.

Hatchery Circle meetings are designed for anyone interested in sharing their experience with personal identity in different workspaces. Our aim is to increase diversity and inclusion in the UofT entrepreneurship community by providing a comfortable space - away from social stigmas - for young and experienced entrepreneurs to interact and learn from each other.

The goal of each panel is to help students understand the realities of entrepreneurship and figure out how they may position themselves within the community. The hope is that the panel will inspire students to participate in our other Evangelism activities that take place weekly as well as stand-alone events during the academic year
