Agostino Menna

Agostino Menna, PhD, is an entrepreneurship professor, venture investor, and startup advisor with deep experience helping early-stage ventures move from concept to market traction. As Managing Partner of FirstOnes Capital, he has led and advised startup launches, coached founders on valuation, go-to-market strategy, unit economics, and fundraising, and supported ventures that have collectively raised over $20 million in early-stage capital. Alongside his industry work, he brings more than 20 years of postsecondary teaching experience across Canadian and U.S. institutions, where he has taught entrepreneurship, strategy, finance, analytics, and venture creation using highly experiential, founder-focused approaches.
