Narender Lakshman is an experienced engineering leader with a successful track record of
developing, commercializing, and scaling sustainable products and technologies. He brings extensive startup experience in the deep-tech and sustainability space. He is currently the Head of Product at Intrinsic Power, Inc., a Los Angeles-based startup building novel energy infrastructure. A part of Intrinsic’s founding team, he is a member of the Techstars Los Angeles Spring 2024 cohort. He was an early hire at Divergent, where he helped introduce the first digital production system to the world and establish partnerships with leading automotive OEMs. He worked at Amazon where he led engineering programs to design, develop, manufacture, and deploy vehicle systems to deliver packages to customers.
Narender holds over 20 granted patents directed to inventions in the advanced manufacturing and sustainability domains. He has made extensive contributions to the advanced manufacturing and sustainability community by serving as a Category Chair at numerous engineering conferences. Narender holds an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, U.S., and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, TN, India.
