Payal is a practicing family physician at Women's College Hospital in Toronto . She is also an Innovation fellow at the Women's College Institute for Virtual Care and Health Systems Solutions. Hew work looks at how emerging technologies both improve the delivery of health care for ambulatory and complex patients. She has also worked with technology vendors and clinical partners to develop new models of virtual care by adapting successful approaches from the tech, design and start-up world. She is also a consultant for several health care start-ups on product design and usability.
