• Turning around a business losing customers and losing money with poor customer service;

• Determining the value proposition and business model for a large startup company;
• Merging three companies;
• Divesting line of business;
• Specifying decision-making among: the Board, the CEO and executives; and
• Describing the governance processes and principles to enable the preparation of the governance
material required for an IPO.
