Leaders hire me to help them think through and fix their critical company-wide issues. These have included: • Turning around enterprise-wide change projects; • Turning around a business losing customers and losing money with poor customer service; • Hiring new leaders; • Determining the value proposition and business model for a large startup company; • Merging three companies; • Divesting line of business; • Specifying decision-making among: the Board, the CEO and executives; and • Describing the governance processes and principles to enable the preparation of the governance material required for an IPO. I have advised a broad range of leaders, from the largest organizations in the world to startup founders. Currently advising the CEO/founder with her second startup.
