Call Fusion

CallFusion’s goal is to create an automated AI salesperson used in call centers and businesses that leverage telemarketing. Currently, telemarketing is performed almost exclusively by people, requiring adept communication skills and complex judgment to handle objections and answer inquiries; this has resulted in billions of dollars being spent by businesses on paying salespeople who, often, are not even effective at closing deals. Using AI models such as OpenAI’s GPT-4 in combination with speech interpreters and realistic voice models, our product will completely automate sales calls, increasing closing rates for businesses while saving money that would be spent paying real salespeople.
