Civvic is an urban intelligence web platform that revolutionizes the way urban planning research is done. Currently, planning firms are doing research inefficiently. As a result they often go over their time budgets. Our solution helps planning firms save time on research and minimize risk by centralizing information and offering predictive insights using AI. Through Civvic, planners can easily visualize neighbourhood data without having to painstakingly sift through thousands of results from Google searches. This data includes demographic changes, public opinion insights, historical contexts, economic performance, and more.
