Pillsy is a smart pill pouch and app that helps women take birth control pills more effectively. Almost half of 3.1 million unintended pregnancies each year are from women who are already using contraceptives. While 10 million women use the pill daily, the majority are not using it consistently, thus increasing their pregnancy risk by 30-fold. With Pillsy, women can be empowered to manage their reproductive health and never feel anxious about taking the pill. Pillsy seamlessly monitors when a pill is taken, minimizing the user effort and user reporting errors. This also enables Pillsy to provide timely reminders only when required and actionable advice based on the user's usage history.
