Fovea

At Fovea, we target independence for the blind. Current solutions for navigation, albeit useful, are sub-optimal solutions driving blind individuals to rely on others. We capitalize on the brain's extreme plastic nature in order to combine multiple bodily sensations to form an accurate mental image of an individual's surroundings. We provide an alternative to photonic-based sight in order to allow blind people to neuro-spatially sense their surroundings, better orient themselves, and become more independent.
