The recovery period lasts for 1-3 months, during this time patients are instructed to limit the amount of weight being placed on their afflicted limb. It is difficult for patients to determine the correct amount of weight that they are applying and often they exceed what is recommended, causing prolonged recovery and even damage. Humetrics Solutions aims to solve this problem by providing patients with a means to determine weight bearing levels at all times, ensuring proper recovery.
