Prior to joining Terrapure, Michael was Chief Operating Officer of a major North American renewable fuel producer, where he built the team and successfully launched the business. He also has a decade of experience at Darling Ingredients Inc. (formerly Rothsay), working on biofuel, waste-to-energy and sustainability projects in increasingly senior roles, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Michael is a P. Eng., holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering (Chemical) from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto).

Marc is an experienced strategy & analytics professional with experience in healthcare, retail, and digital platforms. He earned both an M.Eng and MBA from the University of Toronto and also studied as a PhD student in morphing wing design. Most recently he spent six years at Dynacare where he led the commercial analytics functions and development strategic direction for multiple business segments.
