People are always at the center of her designs because she believes that\\\’s the most powerful way to have a truly positive impact.

Alana Frome

She is Co-founder and CTO at HiMama. We build software for the preschool space and we\’re all about improving outcomes for young children. Our products bring together early childhood educators, business owners and parents, and are used and loved by hundreds of thousands.

She is focused on improvements in education because of its vital role in shaping our world, and early childhood education in particular, as a currently undervalued part of this equation and I\’m so thankful to get to work on a product and in an industry that is truly making such a positive impact.

She has spent the last decade building products, but in past lives I’ve also worked as an English teacher in rural France, a danger zone manager in East Africa, a keyboardist in myriad garage bands, and currently volunteer to coach girls with interests in STEM.
